CTE collects personal information about the donor and next of kin to process the donation of tissue for the purpose of transplantation. CTE will not share this information outside of the CTE, TUT group, its employees or relevant associated service providers without consent of the next of kin.

Donor information is used for administrative, operational, audit, research, legal and record keeping purposes.CTE takes all reasonable steps necessary to secure the integrity of any personal information which it holds about the donor and next of kin and will safeguard it against unauthorised access or use.
